Hello. I have an old PC (processor AMD, 2 GB Memory) with Windows 7 32-bits. This PC has one VGA output. How can I connect my PC with a modern video panel? I want to have quality video on my video panel without any noise or delay. Thanks.

Any suggestions?
Yes. Don't buy a converter. They should only be used as a last resort.

If you have a budget of $200, you can buy a half decent video card with an HDMI output. That's a much better way of getting an HDMI signal to a monitor.
