Would anyone know where I can find windows 7 drivers for the VIA W8T890 chipset?
I tried installing the drivers from asus.com last night for Vista 64-bit (thinking they may be the same
), and these seemed to install fine, but when I restarted the machine, Windows refused to boot, simply getting to the splash screen for windows 7 then returning to the POST test, in a loop.
I fixed this by doing a system restore to just before that point, so I am convinced that it was this driver, so is there a certified win7 driver for this chipset, and where can I download it from?
