Solved Video capture card

I have a new video capture card and i would like to use it to watch video at full screen. It did not come with software to do that but software to record. In the recording program, I'm not able to record or watch at full screen. Do you know any programs that will let me just watch at full screen?

(I don't care to record at full screen)

You can use a conversion program like Format Factory and change the video size.
