ok after rewriting this post 6 time im just gana say it (ADD is hitting me hard today)

i have a voodoo 3 3000 and xabre 400 really really good cards i trust them

i have had AGP 9250 from ATI made by gigabyte in a gigabyte MB works great i trust it

had a 7300 LE not gigabyte cant remember who made it i hated it

i have a 9500 GT made by gigabyte on gigabyte MB (the quad core) it works ok

im looking for a ATi card and i dont know ATI anymore

im looking at a HIS radeon HD 5670 from tiger direct for 93.00 its this one
HIS H567Q512 Radeon HD 5670 Video Card - 512MB DDR5, PCI-Express 2.0, CrossFireX, DVI, VGA, HDMI at TigerDirect.com

question is this should i pay the 10-15.00 more and get a gigabyte one (gigabyte one is a single with card) im really low on cash but have to update it - 9500 frezzes when watching bluray via HDMI to my TV
is the 5670 higher or lower then the 9500 GT what is the ATI version of the 9500 GT
what is the nvidia version of the 5670

i need it to have HDMI native like my 9500 does so i can watch the blurays on my TV

someone help me please

PS right now my windows rating is 4.9
7.3 for CPU and Ram
4.9 for aero
6.4 for 3D
and 5.9 for Disk

i would like a card that gets close to the CPU and ram im gana buy a SSD someday within the next year

To give you an idea how the 5670 is here is a review with the same HiS card,

techPowerUp :: HIS Radeon HD 5670 IceQ 512 MB Review :: Page 1 / 32

It doesn't have the 9500 GT in the results, but the 9500 performs about the same as the GT 220 that is there. If gaming isn't a concern and you want to save a few the lower end 5450 or 5570 will do just as well. One benefit is that most of the ATI HD series of cards have a native HDMI port (or those that don't come with a DVI-HDMI adapter that allows audio as well) that also does audio as the cards all have their own built in audio chip.
