Video confrence/chat over LAN, without internet

Does anyone know of a free/cheap software that allows me to set up a video conference over LAN, with no internet.

A server based solution could work, but only if the server could be set up on my own network (I already have a windows server 2008 running).

This is something I need for a one time only situation so I guess a trial version of something could do as well.

Thanks, but this is not what i´m looking for, I need real time video and audio
