Video Hardware error & igfxCUIService stops, crash & reboot....

New build. Win7 64 crashes & reboots randomly. Sometimes it will go for hours and then sometimes it will crash a few minutes after startup 3-4 times, consecutively. Under system reliability for every crash it shows:

  • Windows - Video Hardware error
  • igfxCUIService Module - Stopped Working

I've attached the debug file.
I've already changed the igfxCUIService compatability mode setting to run Windows 7.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you miss the instructions near the top of the page when you started this thread? A single .dmp file is insufficient to look into the problem.

Unfortunately these 0x116 BSOD's are difficult to solve. Whats happening is the video driver is crashing, but then not recovering with the time frame designated by the operating system, causing the entire system to crash.

Please reinstall the latest stable driver - don't use BETA drivers - following this guide precisely:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/327414-nvidia-drivers-avoid-problems.html

Reboot and monitor for further BSOD's.
