Hello,

I have a Acer Aspire 5250-BZ479. It has a AMD Radeon HD 6250, 4 GB DDR3 Memory, and a AMD Dual Core Processor C-50.

Recently, when I would try to watch a youtube video or a downloaded video, my sound starts to pop and crackle and the video playback becomes choppy. At the same time, 2 of my 3 USB ports stopped working. I have google searched my little heart out but I have not been able to pinpoint the issue as of yet.

Has anyone had any experience with an issue like this yet?

I didn't run into this kind of problem, and check the google, it seems that it's a common problem Acer Aspire as for Realtek drivers problem. so it might be worth a try to get the drivers online on Realtek. Actually the best way is to go to after-sale services, they are professional.
