Solved video isn't running smoothly

I have recently changed my monitor from 19" to 22".My graphics card is Nvidia 5570.Now I am getting trouble with video and audio playing.These are not running smoothly.Sometimes video & audio stop for a while & then run again accelerated from that point,so it isn't smooth.Is this a problem with my 22" Samsung monitor or other possible cause.I couldn't' find out.Please help

If you have not already done so; try first going into the device manager in the system tab of the control panel; then check to make sure there are no exclamation points or question marks by your video card. Also, you could try to check to see if there are any updated drivers for your video card that might fix the situation.
