This is the solution for removing the lag when you click the full screen button in YouTube.
The problem is from your graphic adapter settings.
For example I have Nvidia. I started NVIDIA Control Pannel, went to Adjust desktop color settings and the last option on this page bottom is Content type reported to the display. In this box you should have 3 options:
1. Auto-select (recommended)
2. Desktop programs
3. Full-screen videos
Choose the 3rd option Full-screen videos, click Apply and you will remove the lag in You Tube when you turn in full screen.
There must be a similar setting for ATI Radeon graphic cards if you have ATI.
