video lag

Hi Guys.... I need some help here. I'm currently having problem playing videos from youtube and other forms of video.

For example when i play a clip from youtube and enlarge it to fullscreen, It'll lag throughout. When i start moving my mouse around the clip, It lags badly. I've updated flashplayer / java and done all scannings but nothing helps.... Anyone know what's the issue?

Thank you, it will follow your every post. You should only have to change it when your make a change to your computer. Their are little things that help. Is the Dell you have a desktop or laptop, notebook or whatever? Some will know and some won't. Most won't Google it to find out. Information is a blessing when trying to help someone.

Looking at reviews of your graphic card by Intel, most are saying it's a so so card. Not great but not to bad. Can you post a web site of your exact card from Intel. I want to make sure we are apples and apples.
