Video playback in WMC 7 choppy & out of sync

Any resolution

Wondering if any solution was found?
All was fine but somehow in recent times I have landed up with the same problem.

I had choppy, slow playback in WMC and found that pausing Deskscape solved the problem, even though it was not using alot of memory. Maybe another program running could cause the problem.
