Video Quality

Hey Guys.

Im running both vista and 7, and say if i open a episode of top gear on vista it runs great. but the same file runs really pixelated on windows 7, i have got the latest drivers for gpu, but quality still bad. any ideas?

Sorry, i use wmp and vlc media players. if that helps.

hi foohey, and welcome to sevenforums, the place to be,

in vlc, goto your tools menu >> preferences >> video and select 'opengl video output' in the output dropdown menu.

this should improve your vlc experience.

i don't know about wmp, i've hardly ever used it myself.
