I have just recently loaded (or had loaded ) windows 7 on this laptop. I can't play a videos from any online sites I just get a black screen when I hit play arrow. is there something i have to install ? Im so used to XP I just expected it to default to a player. Guess I'm behind times

Look for the Shockwave and Silverlight plugins for your browser. If you're an IE person, make sure you're not using the 64-Bit version of IE. (Assuming you're using the 64-Bit version of Win 7.)
