Virus! Please help

over the past three days i've been having issues with a program only listed as VISUAL BASIC COMMAND LINE COMPILER. i keep getting an error message popping up saying ERROR 5: ACCESS DENIED. it does it randomly and on its own every so often. i wasn't sure what was wrong but today a scan determined i have a worm. its listed as:

this is listed by a free version of AVG. how do I remove this virus and what is the easiest way of doing so (i'm not very good with computers so the simplest explination would be aprreciated).

i've already tried that but whenever i hit remove unhealed infections it does nothing.

In no particular order (OK, TDSSKiller first):

Use the ESET On-line Scanner

Download, install, update Malwarebytes' Free. Then run a full scan.

Especially useful of late: Download TDSSKiller and run it in Safe Mode.
