Is there any tool that is compact in size and is able to detect and remove nearly all kinds of viruses and malicious programs...???

There are a lot of them & what works best depends on who you talk to.

The basic go to is Malwarebytes. The free version will work fine, just be sure to uncheck "start pro trial" when you are done installing it. If you opt to buy the pro version, you can enable that later. As for Antivirus, there is a post you can look at & weigh the pros/cons of each AV.

Depending on the situation (severity) it may take various programs to remedy your infection situation. One program may catch something the other doesn't. To be sure I like to use the following...
