DO NOT TOUCH THAT!

The process winlogon.exe is a system process, needed for logon, logoff and other user account related tasks. It's essential for your system to run and work properly.

It is just an important system process required for your computer to log in, out and switch user.

Your AV would be telling you if there is a virus on your computer, no need to go find a virus for yourself.

End process, the button in Task Manager or context menu (right click menu) selection, luckily always asks you to confirm you want to end a process, so no harm is done even if you accidentally click End Process as far as you do not confirm it.

Besides, winlogon.exe is protected from accidental terminating. You can try to end the process but it only results this:

Terminating winlogon.exe will cause a crash/BSOD/logoff, it might affect system files and cause corruption

i play WoW and i see my PC freeze
Seems your graphics drivers are the cause, update it

Yes, that's true. If terminated when processes from all users are shown, it causes logoff.
