If you have any empty CDs

Burn the ISO onto a disc

ISO file : http://rescuedisk.kaspersky-labs.com/rescuedisk/updatable/kav_rescue_10.iso

Boot off the disc once created and update the definitions and then scan the PC with that

Ok let's use a USB flash drive . You will want to backup the contents of the USB to a clean PC .

Do I do this on the clean computer or infected one?

Better if you do this on the clean machine . Then plug the USB to the infected machine and boot off the USB . I believe for HPs the boot menu is F9 choose removable device

I don't know how to boot to the BIOS. None of the suggestions worked.

What suggestions didn't work ? The links I gave has instructions on how to create a bootable usb drive with the Kaspersky Rescue 10 iso file .

I tried all of them but no success on getting to the BIOS Menu.

Try the following, for now...

Please download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Select the 64-bit version.

Save it to your Desktop.

• Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
• When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press the Scan button.
• FRST64 makes a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).

Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply. <<---

The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log: Addition.txt
Also post the Addition.txt in your reply. <<---
