I can see icons on desktop but i m unable to click it ..many files icons become fixed on dekstop screen even i am not able to delete it plz help me...

Can you take a screen shot of your desktop and post it?

Try LockHunter is a free 64/32 bit tool to delete files blocked by any processes to see what is locking them.

• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:

I believe it is similar to a case you were vital to help solve called "Windows 7: Virus Deletion Now Makes Internet Access Impossible". I truly truly need to get this solved.
