Vista boot screen after 7 Install

I installed windows 7 but instaed of the 4 colours I get the Vista scroll bar on boot up. Does anyone have any suggestions have to change it ?? I have changed the screen resolution & made some changes using command prompt but no luck so far ???

What kind of install did you make
Upgrade or clean install?
If you did not have to reinstall programs, it was an upgrade
Do a clean install, instead.
