Vista-like Dedicated folders menu in Explorer Task pane on Windows 7

Hello, I want on my Windows 7 to implement dedicated folders menu to task pane in File explorer (The task pane behaviour that Windows Vista used). I heard, that UIFile 52 in Shell32.dll handles this behaviour, but I'm not able to find that UIFile in Vista. But better would be to have something like shell extension to replicate that behaviour instead of editing system files but there is no such shell extension on internet.

- I don't have knowledge about editing system files so I can't edit ExplorerFrame or Shell32 DLLs.
- I don't even have knowledge about programming so I can't make my own shell extension.
- However, I want the dedicated folders menu in bottom of task pane because it is much better than having all folders in entire task pane.
