I have Downloaded File Of about 1.77Mb from Microsoft Official Website and after processing it gives this Message. See ScreenShot>>>

are you not reading that sentence. It saying You need to download latest service packs... and after pressing Finish nothing comes up this is what i want to ask :(

that file was about 1.7Mb and after its last step( First Picture ) nothing comes up... i mean nothing comes up when i press Finish.

Am I missing something? The first dialog looks to me like you downloaded the distribution run-time, as in to use someone's program if you didn't have that version of .NET installed.

Are you not talking about installing Visual Studio 2008 to do programming?
