VM Settings

I have a MacBook Pro with Windows 7 x64 as a guest virtual machine. I am trying to install VMware tools so I can use the MacBook's CD/DVD ROM while in Windows. All of the instructions tell me to click on VM Settings, but I do not have that option. Please help.

Can you post a screenshot? Is the version of VMWare you are using a MAC version? If so you may have better luck posting in a MAC forum.
