I have Windows 7 Pro with 9GB of RAM, I got to playing around with the Windows 7 Virtual PC and then the VMWare download. I did this because I want to play some old games that will not work on Windows 7. One thing popped in to my head though and that is what I am not sure of. If I am in the Virtual PC or VMWare, is it necessary to still do a defrag within the virtual pc?
I do defrag in my Windows 7, but what about the in the virtual XP?
Thanks
