In a few months, i will be moving to asia and i will be taking my Vostro 400. How could i find the voltage of the pc because i need to know if it works with 220v too because i do not want to have to use a transformer if i dont have to since they significantly shorten the life if not chosen correctly. (I have experienced this with my old TV that started to take forever to turn on and showed odd screens and random colors before fully turning on) Is it possible for me to just get a new psu that is 220v if my current one is not free voltage? If so, where can i get one like that?

1. For some reason, Dell is not supporting my service tag. Could this be because the pc is now 6 years old? I'll try the express service tag to check if they are not supporting my pc at all.
2.Could you check whatever the "see the safety instructions located in the Product Information Guide for important voltage setting information" is for? I cant find my physical manual anywhere.

I will soon but it is in a bad place to be checked because i will have to unplug everything to even turn the computer around. Also, if america uses 110v/120, how am i using it right now?
Edit: Never mind. I guess it's because of the fluctuations.
PPS:Also, just found out that america uses 120v. For the past 5 years, i thought america uses 110v.

110V is approximate, it fluctuates for several reasons.

Anything in the 110V to 120V range is reasonable for our distribution.

Actually 115V is the nominal standard voltage in some countries.
Nominal standards range from 110 to 120 volts and 220 to 240 vols, with a few countries somewhat outside this range.
The specification of 115/230 is just an average in the range.
Note that in some countries actual voltages may vary quite a bit from the nominal.
