Solved Volume Bar Pops Up Over and Over now... Malware?

I have this new issue that has popped up (literally). A strange volume control pop appears and changes my volume over and over... it is weird. It is a windows 7 64 bit computer custom built. I was wondering if probably a malware or just a sound setting gone crazy? Has anyone seen this kind of behavior? or the bar itself or is this some cruel joke by a hacker? Thanks!

I figured it out...sorry for the mixup! I was putting my elbow on the volume control of my usb headset without realizing the connection! I feel better that I know it is not malware or a virus though! I will leave this up since it may help someone else along the way.
