Volume Control

Ok... On my keyboard is a volume scroller. It works in every game I have tried but 'Roblox', when I turn it, nothing happens!

How can I fix this (There are no game settings for this)

Please Help!

What keyboard model? You need drivers for it.

Its just the standard one that came with the computer by Packard Bell. I can get more Information tonight when I'm at home.
