I address this only for the logic - I was allowed to vote again today. Prior to the apparent server issue, I could only vote once (no, I was not attempting to thwart a valid outcome - I was attempting to see the results). Today, I have either voted a second time, or only one time.

This could be mean that the vote count has been reset.
 
guess they have disabled the vote result just to avoid unfair competition but thats not the way to stop it actually!!!
