VPN error 619

I am running Windows 7 on a virtual machine on a MacBook Pro using Parallels desktop. I cannot log into my VPN and keep getting the error 619. I also have the same problem with my virtual XP on the same machine. Can someone help?

Can you connect to the VPN using OSX instead of the virtual machines? Have you tried any of the possible fixes listed when you google "vpn error 619"?

i tried to log on through the mac osx, but i couldn't get that to work either. i tried to change the device to a bridged network, but then i get an error 691.
