W+ALT+SPACE Interference

I play a lot of games and I use W+ALT+SPACE quite a bit. The problem is that whenever I press that combination my PC makes a horrible and loud noise. Does anyone know what this is, and how I can disable it?

It's the state Greg, like the flag showing.

It seems to happen quite a bit with people putting their location there.
