I hope that I'll find a solutions, Thankyou.

Both Cards

1. I turn on the computer , BIOS testing .etc

2. Windows 7 logo, loading.

3. Black screen and no monitor response.

One Card

1. I turn on the computer , BIOS testing .etc

2. Windows 7 logo, loading.

3.Everything works fine.

Always a good idea to include your troubleshooting steps in your first post.

I know you said you tried with one card only already but just want to ask if you have tested each sepreatly and if yes i would try uninstalling then reinstalling the video drivers. Anyways reseaon i mention if you tested each card seprate is because one card could be bad and about the drivers because you might not have the apporioate drivers needed for sli. Just a suggestion. So try card number one by its self and if it runs fine then its good then take that one out then try the other card and it runs fine then its good also but if it doesnt run good then theres something faulty with that card. Could be also that your power supply is not supplying sufficient enough power to both cards so it could possibly be the cause of the black screen. would be good to know what kind of psu your using also to know whether it's up to the job of running two cards.

OK does it do they same thing in Safe mode (F8)?

I know you said you have tired re0installing your video driver but could you do it using this method?

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver.

In order to do that we recommend using
Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Did you install any windows updates just before it stopped working?

Were there any changes made (ie software installs, moving the computer to a different location, etc)?

There can't be driver traces because I reinstalled the SO.
I'll try with the safemode.

Okay, both cards work together with Safe Mode, I cleaned Drivers traces and I'm reinstalling the latest drivers.

yeah good thing you tried each separate that was my suspicions. About finding another 9800 thats sli ready, most sites seem to have it out of stock or priced riducosly high or are used cards. best bargin I could find was on amazon but it's refurbished Amazon.com: Dell nVidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDTV Out SLI Ready PCI-E x16 Video Card - Dell N123H: Electronics
or you could wait till newegg or tigerdirect restock which i'm unsure if they will. If anyone else knows were to find one at a decent price and new then post because that's all i could find online.
