W7 bsod

My windows 7 crash when I'm not using... Without applications running, sometimes the system crash... what can be the problem?

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate - 32Bit
MOBO: M2N-MX SE PLUS
CPU: AMD ATHLON 64 X2 4400
MEMORY: CORSAIR 1Gb RAM DDR2
Bios Version: M2N-MX SE Plus BIOS 0302

Screensaver: disable
Hibernate: disable
Standby: disable

I just make a memory test and the memory is ok.
The dump file is attached.
