If I move to W10 after 29th July but want to dual boot with W7 I assume my Lic Key for W7 will become the Lic Key for W10. Correct ?
So I assume I will need a new Lic Key for my W7 dual boot.
I have an unused Samsung Netbook that has a full retail version of W7 on it. As It is not used anymore will I be able to use it's Lic Key for my dual boot W7. It is a full retail windows 7 version with both 32 and 64 bit dvds.
I have used the W10 previews and am just not 100% sold on it yet so want to keep my options open.
Any advice welcome.

The conditions of the free upgrade require you to no longer use the W7 key to activate W7 with while you have the W10 installed and activated. If you uninstall W10, then you'll be able to use the key to activate W7 again.
If you have a second retail W7 key, then you could use it to activate W7 and dual boot with since it's not under obligation for the W10 like the first W7 key.
Hope this helps.

They are suppose to be giving out a 10 license if you are running the Technical Preview and there are supposed to be iso`s available so we can do a clean install of 10, there`s no reason to give up your 7 license yet.
Wait til the 29th to see what will happen. There`s no rush.
You can upgrade the TP itself with a free Upgrade without it affecting your Windows 7 on the same drive. The license will be tied to the Windows 10 install and only be good on that machine, including for Clean Reinstall of Windows 10 using the same license tied to that hardware.
