You're looking for a service pack for Windows 7? When Microsoft releases a service pack, it will be through official channels. If you don't see it on Windows Update, it's not available for you.

All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
We always knew the existence of the 2 branch ( sp1 ) one, so its just a matter of find it :)

Why would you even want it? It would be far from usable, not to mention there is no way there could be any significant performance boost already.
