Solved W7 Ultimate ''GOD MODE'' pro's/con's

I Have seen several mentions of "GOD MODE" for W7 ULTIMATEx64 around the web,does it make the control panel easier to use and can it be reverted back if not user friendly?

"God Mode" is basically just a list of all tasks in the Control Panel.
