W7P taskbar - some (not all) notification icons blank

Hi experts,

after an automatic update on our PCs (W7P), some (not all) notification icons on the taskbar are missing and most of the ones visible are not clickable. Please see screenshot here:

Thanks for your swift reply! I'll try to find out what # the update was. The PC in question had not been in use since March until... today. It is running perfect, apart from that glitch(?), and when there's a chance to reboot it, I will try what your link suggests.
