Waking up

I have my HP desktop set up, via Power Options, to sleep after 2 hours of inactivity. I have requested that no password be required to wake up - this request made via Power Options and via Personalize, and was checked by looking at advance options. Despite this, I am asked for a password when the system is awakened. In addition, it goes to sleep in less than 2 hours.

Any help will be most appreciated,

Thanks, Richard. That forum had lots of material to correct getting sleep on or off. My problem is the request for a passsword despite that function being turned off.
