Solved Wallpaper goes under startbar

Hello,
I have a problem, I have a WoT wallpaper and when I set it as desktop background half of the name of my tank goes under startbar... How can I fix it only to go till my startbar?

I know I can tick hide starbar, but I dont like it...

I don know much about this sort of thing since I don't use desktop wallpapers, but you might be able to add a small bar to the image. Take a look at this post: http://www.sevenforums.com/system-s...en-after-firewall-disabled-2.html#post2678725

The goal of that post was to get rid of whiteboard area being saved with an image. Your goal would be the opposite. You would want to save just enough of a white strip at the bottom of the image to occupy the area where the task bar is. Hopefully, this won't mess up the aspect ratio too much.

Make a copy of the original image file and keep it in a safe place.
Open the image in MS Paint.
Press Ctrl+A to select all of the image.
Press Ctrl+C to copy all of the image.
Open another instance of MS Paint.
Reduce the view to 50%.
(Use the slider in the lower right corner.)
Make the whiteboard area big.
Return the view to 100%.
Paste your image into this large whiteboard area.
Reduce the view to 50% again.
Drag the right most edge of the whiteboard area toward the left...
...to remove all of the whiteboard area.
Drag the bottom most edge of the whiteboard area toward the top...
...but leave a little area of the whiteboard.
Return the view to 100%.
See if the white strip at the bottom of the image is about the size of your task bar...
...adjust as needed.
Save the image with the whiteboard area at the bottom and test it as your desktop wallpaper.

If the whiteboard area shows or is not large enough to bring the tank name where you want it...
...start the steps over

I did it in Gimp 2, because its easier for me and i just added a white line at the bottom and resized the pic, it turned out really good, the quality is awesome and everything...

I know how annoying the little things can be...
