Wallpaper picture

Hi, have just got a laptop with windows 7 on it. Have setup the wallpaper background with one of the default pictures of what looks like a new stadium it has yellow roof struts on a deep blue background, its bugging me, does anybody know, is the new London Olympic Stadium under construction???

As for the picture, I have no idea. Best of luck finding out though.
