Wallpaper problem

When i want to put an image from my pictures it gives the following error:

This image can't be set as wallpaper. An internal error occured.

Although when i set a picuture as my wallpaper (right from the internet without saving on the hard drive) everything will work fine. Also, when i want to put in an other theme, like windows aero theme Windows 7 - the standard one - it will the change the theme but not the wallpaper and it will neither change the wallpaper after 30 mins.

I hope i gave u all enough information with this and i hope you guys can help me solve this very annoying problem! If you need more information about the problem, just ask me Thanks in advance!
