want to boot to specific user name lock screen (enter password) W7 Pro

WIN 7 PRO:
i have lots of users, but only once is used often... i do not want to AUTO log into windows.. but just have windows choose the user (with a blank area for password underneath).. to save one step, and also do not want others to see other uses.. how do i do this? again, i do not wish to AUTO boot to windows, but rather to the lock screen of one specific user...
