Ok so im running windows 7 and have no speakers, just headphones for sound. As now i use dual monitors, (one being my 50" that my girlfriend watches netflix, movies, etc with ) and all sound plays thru the TV but i want to make it so she can hear her show, and i can plug my headphones in to listen to my games without interupting her show, please help. Also screen share works best for me unless u have detailed directions which i can follow, thanks.

Can't be done. All sound plays though whatever is set as the default audio device, and there can only be one default device. You could switch the sound back to your computers audio card but you'll get your game sound and the movie sound track.
