2. A dual core processor that's not even an i3, with very little upgrade capability, if any
3. An 80GB IDE hard drive
4. A poor-quality Chinese case
5. A no-name, low-output power supply
6. No mention of keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, or Windows.

I really think that you could get more money by selling the used parts individually.
Here in the States, you might be able to get US$50-75, maximum, sold as a package/all together. That's roughly 5.000-7.500 PKR.

Go to the next flea market or garage sale. It will not fetch a lot of money. And what is the installed OS. With XP you cannot sell it at all.

Still with affordable options on the market I would bet 200 max only because of the os upgrade but truthfully speaking you can buy a quad laptop or tablet that would run circles over that build for the same price

True on the above points

but I know the market here he wont be able to get even $50 for all these items according the specs OP mentioned. One can get a better pc with better specs under $80 here in the local market if buyer is looking for used items

Let's see here:

1. Pentium Dual Core E5400 - I'd donate this because this isn't worth a dime, less overclocking capability than any other PDC Families (E2180-E2220 OCs like a beast)

2. Intel DG41RQ - I'd sell it for around $15-20 Because of 45nm CPU Support (Core 2 Quad upgrade possible)

3. 3GB DDR2 - Sell these seperately. I honestly don't want them working together because it'll just cause problems with your motherboard.

4. 80GB Western Digital Hard Drive - Good deal for people who want to test Operating Systems that are in beta stage like Windows 10. Will be a good plus if it's a SATA one.

5. 300W Unknown Brand of Power Supply - I'd better off throwing this one off the garbage

6. GeForce 210 - Either Sell for a cheap price or give it to your relatives who needs a graphics card.
