Was there any solution for Google Toolbar Settings?

I was using Google Toolbar on my Firefox.
I got tired of setting the settings every time I restart.
So, I gave up.

Was there any solution for that?

It was same with the FF 4 App Tabs.
I gave up those too, getting tired of doing it again and again.

I don't know if you know, now, on IE, you can not even set up Google Toolbar Buttons. You have only one choice (sorry that I used the word choice, maybe you will express it better than me) to see the buttons: "frequently used buttons".
You do not have the choice of "seeing the buttons you want to see" (And you cannot downgrade your Google Toolbar either).

"free software" ain't "free" anymore unless you accept their rules!

I am still using Firefox, since after IE5 (except a few months of Opera), but I am getting less happier with it and checking out other solutions.

I am using the google toolbar with FF4 & have never had to change the settings every time I restart.
Try creating a new profile & install the toolbar & see if it works if it does then your profile is bad.
To create a new profile close FF then in the start menu search box put in
firefox.exe -ProfileManager
& hit enter Then hit the Create new profile button & name it
Uncheck the box Don't ask at startup, that profile manager window will open for you to chose a profile.
If a new profile works OK then check that box again & that window will not show.
