Watching YT Vids faster without pause/buffering?

Well i guess i am a bit pissed or more like really bothered. Today is just a bad day watching youtube videos in 360p/480p slow. I can barely watch the video without waiting for like 5 minutes till it gets halfway. And i was wondering, is there a way i can watch youtube videos faster? IE, firefox or google chrome add ons of any help would help me if they exist?

i did that done that. I get around 9mbps download and 3-4 mbps upload
