After installing Waterfox 64 bits the log in on several forums won't work. Account or key won't be stored. Impossible to log in. Google Chrome however works fine on the same sites. Am using Waterfox because I like to use the Photobucket uploader. Chrome doesn't have that option. Removed Adblock but no result. Found out that Nightly, a 64 bits equivalent of Waterfox is working correct. Also the 32 bits Firefox shows the same problems as the 64 bits version.

Based on everything you said and tried, i would:
- Try "Restart with Add-ons Disabled" (in the Help menu)
- Create a new FF/WF profile and test with that

It seemed to be caused by some nasty cookies.
Importing them from Chrome made them impossible to login, alter or store.
Don't ask me why this happened on these specific forums.
(Others ran well.)
Firefox 32 bits have always been working well on Windows 7/ 32 bits.
However on Windows 7 64 bits it also reported the problem.
So it's a combination of Windows 7/ 64 bit with Waterfox and some specific cookies.
I deleted all cookies and choose not to import anything from other browsers.
After endless try's of reinstalling software and backing up it seems to work.
Let's see if it keeps working.
Thank you for your reply.
