Watermarks

Sorry guys but this does not fit into a fun type forum. I am in seriouse troubel. I want to watermark a word 2007 document. It seems that I can view it but not print it. To make maters worse I have to put this on a memory stick and take it to a local library that would probably have an older version of office.

I would love help on this as ths is a series of legal documents

Your post doesn't quite compute.

• Do you already have a Word 2007 document (file?) that can be VIEWED but cannot be PRINTED?
• You want to insert a watermark into that Word 2007 document (file?) that can be VIEWED but not PRINTED?
• Once you insert a watermark do you need to take the Word 2007 document (file?) to a library?
• Do you want the Word 2007 document (file?) with watermark to be printable?

Are you the owner/author of this Word 2007 document (file?) or has another "owner" protected it from editing and printing?
