I'm trying to upgrade from vista to windows 7 but it is taking the website forever to check my receipt! What can I do?

Do you have to give some receipt number to download the ISO to burn? I have never heard of this.

No, you upload a picture of your reciept of the windows vista and they will check it and send windows 7 free

Then you need to poke around their webpage to find a link to email their support or admin as Crispy sez. Also check your email Spam file
