You don't *have* to use MioNet to access the drive if it's on your LAN. You only need MioNet for access from outside your house or office.
1) Access the Samba share directly. Find the IP address of your device (you can check your router, use the Western Digital Discovery software, download SoftPerfect's Netscan, or just browse your network devices) and browse to the share by IP (\\<IPAddress>), which will give you access to the shares through Explorer. This may not work if you copied files into the "IDxxxxx" folder that MioNet created. If thats the case, let me know, and I'll put together some instructions to help you get to it.
2) Go to mionet.com, login, and use the web interface.
