So first off a bit of info about this computer and the problem. This laptop is an HP Envy x360 Convertible. The model is m6-aq005dx. It originally came with Windows 10. I have downgraded it to run on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Everything is updated in Windows Update. All of the hardware is fine/tested. I believe the issue is software related and due to an incompatibility with Windows 7.

The system is actually currently Dualbooting WIndows 7 Ultimate x64 and Windows 10 Home x64. The problem does not occur in Windows 10 and interestingly enough, there is no Microsoft Watchdog Timer in the Windows 10 Device Manager.

So, if I disable the Microsoft Watchdog Timer in Device Manager in Windows 7, I can shutdown/restart without the system blue screening. But with it not disabled, it blue screens every time during shutdown/restart.

The error code I was getting was Error Code 10. I have since deleted the wd.sys and watchdog.sys files from the System32/Drivers Folder and am now getting Error code 31 in Device Manager. Either way I am curious if there is a way to get this thing running 100% correctly with Disabling the Microsoft Watchdog Timer. Any and all help is appreciated.

Here are the Google Drive links to the files from the dm log collector as well as the memory dump file.

based purely on the event log,

your Bluetooth driver is failing every time.
i would also run chkdsk /r
