Wearing suits

Does anyone always wear a suit (by choice)

Like for daily activities not just work and weddings etc

but im just curious if any one does, similar to 'How I met your mother'

If someone wanted to hide something from me, they could place it in my suit pocket. That's about as much use it gets.

I gave mine away. My suit inventory is now zero, just the way I want it.

I do wear a suit (matching skirt/jacket) to work sometimes but its not required

When I started work ** years ago suits were mandatory office attire. Over the years they gradually became less necessary unless you were in sales. You can spot a used car salesman from a mile away.

I have rarely worn a suit outside of work except for weddings and funerals and now I doubt if I have one that would fit me any more.

I had someone working for me a few years ago who always wore a suit even to go on holiday. Strange people programmers. :roflmao:

I wear jeans and t shirts for work. I wear jeans, shirt and tie, jacket, for work related meetings. I wear a suit and tie when I occasionally moonlight as a wedding photographer at weekends.
If I had more money I might buy a nice suit as I quite like wearing them occasionally. It's nice that I no longer have to wear one every day as I have in previous jobs.

Amen! I worked as a Personal trainer for a couple years before I went back to school. T-shirts and gym shorts everywhere but church, where I wear jeans. (My holy pair.)

I wear mine occasionaly out to dinner with the missus And when I take my twice yearly trip to the casino. All my suits have pin stripes, although I am in the market for a nice plain grey suit.

I once held the door open for an elderly couple in Vegas(cause I'm just that kinda guy ) and they must have thought I was a doorman and slipped me a $20. I kinda felt bad, but it went to good use on the four card poker table.

And ties must have stripes!

Wear a suit every day to work, other than that, just for the odd special occasion. I'm a t-shirt and jeans type of guy otherwise.
